When can I expect my order?
We trust you will be happy with our speedy service. We always ship and install all stairlifts purchased on time depending on the delivery option you chose during checkout. Please note that our deliveries only take place Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Do you offer stairlift repairs & call-outs?
Yes we do. Our call out and repair service covers a wide range of makes and models. Whilst we offer a complementary 18 month free cover with all of the stairlifts purchased with us, we can also help with stairlifts that weren’t purchased directly from our store.
Do you purchase preowned stairlifts?
If you are looking to sell a stairlift you no longer require, we can offer you our best trade price. Should you no longer need your stairlift, we can also remove it for you.
