How much do stairlifts cost?
No two stairlifts are the same, just as the needs and requirements of two people are different. Our Stairlifts start from as little as £750, which includes full installation and our complementary aftercare service.
How long will it take to install my stairlifts?
This depends on what type of stairlift you have purchased. Straight stairlifts can be installed in two hours. Curved stairlifts may take longer.
Are stairlifts safe to use if there is a power cut?
Yes. Most stairlifts are battery operated. When the stairlift is not in use it is spent charging ready for the next use.
When can I expect my order?
We trust you will be happy with our speedy service. We always ship and install all stairlifts purchased on time depending on the delivery option you chose during checkout. Please note that our deliveries only take place Monday to Friday, exluding bank holidays.
Do you offer stairlift repairs & call-outs?
Yes we do. Our call out and repair service covers a wide range of makes and models. Whilst we offer a complementary two years free cover with all of the stairlifts purchased with us, we can also help with stairlifts that weren’t purchased directly from our store.
Do you purchase preowned stairlifts?
If you are looking to sell a stairlift you no longer require, we can offer you our best trade price. Should you no longer need your stairlift, we can also remove it for you.
What types of stairlifts can you offer?
We can offer new and used stairlifts to suit any needs and environment. Or range covers straight stairlifts, curved stairlifts and vertical (through floor) stairlifts.

Do you offer stair lift servicing?
We can ensure your stair lift is safe and operating like new with our stairlift servicing. Our professional service engineers can carry out your service from as little as £75.
Do you remove stairlifts?
Should you no longer need your stairlift, we can remove it for you. If you are looking to sell a stairlift you no longer require, we can offer you our best trade price.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes. Choose to take out an extended warranty on your stairlifts for peace of mind. We offer 18 months for a reconditioned Stairlift, and 2 years for brand new Stairlift. Our warranty agreements can be taken out at any time on stairlifts provided by ourselves or any other stairlift company. Subject to TC’s.
