Cooling-Off Period

Customers are entitled to a 14 day cooling-off period, during which time you have the right to cancel your order. This relates to distance buying via on the phone or online.

 Notice of cancellation must be emailed to sales@superglide-stairlifts.co.uk which must be done no longer than 14 calendar days from the date of installation.

 Some products/services are not covered

• Fully fitted stairlifts – stairlifts that have been cut and fully fitted in the home.
•  Bespoke stairlifts such as curved lifts that have been made to measure.
• Special order items, stairlifts and accessories.
